The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to private and gastronomy customers. For resale, other terms and conditions may apply.

  1. General

The general terms and conditions are the basis for a fair customer relationship. By sending an order the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions. We do our utmost to serve our customers according to their needs and to their complete satisfaction.

 

  1. Prices

All prices are per item in Swiss Francs (CHF), including value added tax but excluding delivery costs. Price changes as well as temporary special prices are possible at any time and do not require prior notice.

 

  1. Payments

The customers of the online shop can pay their bills in a secure way as follows:

 

- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance)

- PayPal

- TWINT

 

Orders are only delivered upon receipt of payment. The goods remain the property of 400mg Coffee GmbH until the invoice has been paid in full.

 

  1. Orders

After electronic order receipt through our online shop, the order is checked and a binding sales contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives the order confirmation (by e-mail or in any other binding manner). Any changes will be communicated by telephone or electronically within two working days.

 

The products for sale are described on the website at the time of sale. Product specifications and photos are only indicative. 400mg Coffee GmbH cannot guarantee that the color of the goods will exactly match the color on the screen.

 

  1. Delivery

We send out all Switzerland and International orders using Swiss B Post.

 

Please double check that you have entered your shipping details correctly at checkout. 400mg coffee does not take responsibility or accept liability for incorrect information supplied at checkout.

 

400mg Coffee GmbH endeavors to send its standard deliveries (subject to availability) within three (3) to six (6) working days after the order confirmation. However, 400mg Coffee GmbH is not liable for delays in shipment.

 

The following delivery conditions for Swiss B Post apply:

  • Switzerland (domestic): CHF 7.00 (up to 2kg); delivery times are usually vary between 1-3 working days ( No tracking number included) 

 

  • International: The delivery costs are automatically calculated during the CH checkout process and depend on the country and the weight of the shipment.

 

  1. Product Range and Availability

The products on the website are subject to availability and are subject to change. Part of our special assortment (Specialty coffees etc.) is subject to constant change. We reserve the right to make short-term changes to our product range. A complete and constant availability of our offer on www.400mgcoffee.ch can therefore not be guaranteed.

 

  1. Notices of Defects

The quality of the received goods must be checked immediately after receipt; any defects must be reported immediately in writing (e-mail to hello@400mgcoffee.ch). After a period of 5 days after receipt, the delivery is considered approved. Defective products can be returned after 400mg Coffee GmbH has been informed of the complaint in writing.

No compensation will be paid for damages due to improper storage by customer.

 

  1. Data Protection

Personal customer data is treated confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation and is neither passed on nor sold to third parties. Sensitive data, especially credit card payments, will be transmitted in encrypted form for the authorization request. Only data that is necessary for the processing of the order and that simplifies the operation of the online shop for returning customers will be collected.

 

  1. Food Regulation / Compliance

Our products comply with the Swiss Food Ordinance and are regularly checked for conformity by independent bodies.

 

  1. Liability

400mg Coffee GmbH assumes no liability for undeliverability or late delivery of products caused by wrongly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, customs problems (export) or circumstances beyond its control or due to force majeure (especially strike, war, natural disasters or pandemics).

400mg Coffee GmbH cannot be held liable for indirect losses or (consequential) damages of any kind that may arise from the connection with the products or the use of this website.

The content of this website is protected by copyright, unless otherwise indicated. The content may not be distributed, published, modified or used for public or commercial purposes without written permission.

400mg Coffee GmbH cannot guarantee or accept liability for the accuracy or completeness of its website and excludes any liability for incomplete or incorrect content.

 

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. All legal disputes in connection with the website or due to its use or an order placed are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucerne.
