The farm is located in the township of Agua Negra in Huila, one of Colombia's best coffee-growing regions. They grow several high-quality coffee varieties and have the equipment to process coffee directly on their farm.

These coffee cherries are fermented for 100 hours and then dried evenly on covered raised beds for 30 days
