GARSE
Garse station is located at an altitude of 2060 m. It was built in 2011 by DWD company, to process high-quality coffee. Cherries are brought to Garse station by farmers who are living in the surrounding villages of Garse and Dobe Toga. DWD is working now with 110 small producers, these farmers manage the very well coffee growing; these agricultural practices have been passed down from generation to generation for many years in this region
We roast our coffee Mondays and Wednesdays! All weekly orders are dispatched twice a week Tuesdays & Thursdays. On all of our coffee bags, we provide you with a roast date. To get the best out of our coffee, we aim to rest it for 7-14 days after roasting (depending on the type of coffee); this allows for the flavors to open up, offering much more clarity to your cup.
